Gem in Tulum

Naala seem new and mixes modern and contemporary with a local flare with lots of wood. The hotel is really nice with an awesome rooftop restaurant and pool; these are great places to unwind in the evenings. It's next to convenience stores and walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with cloud soft mattresses. The two bedroom was well appointed with all furniture and appliances. Great location. Bikes available (at a rental cost) for a quick ride. It's a bit of a distance to the beach and other attractions but there's a lovely Selecto Chedrauri couple blocks down.

No se..pq. took over 4 hrs to change rooms. "Mgr" couldn't help w this and blamed the client (me). Instead of helping he did nothing and for days i had a room that did not lock. Comprehension is hard for some people. Not an apology, not a meal, not even a glass of water on how i was treated.. incompetence :-( stairs make a ton of noise. Room lack eco friendly..garbages smell in rooms.. *sad face*..music can also be annoying if ur not wanting but overall everyone else was nice but again they r not programmed to think

Pool/food nice on roof. is nice. Staff is friendly. Room is too large to properly cool. I moved the matress each night to keep cool. , which was annoying..Room next to stairs is horrible. They r old n u hear EVERYTHING . All 👣 footsteps. Door to bathroom doesnt close which is also gross and annoying. Wasn't impressed by location. $M hotels next to "shack neighborhood" soo :-(

Beautiful secret

It was a beautiful hotel, very minimalistic, but had every thing that you needed. The pool was fantastic. Really love that it was open till 10 and food was walking distance as well as drinks and a party. If that’s the mood you’re in. We will definitely be back the area felt safe the people were authentic. Great experience, but my biggest compliments go to the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. We will be back next year😉

Perfect Location & Beautiful Stay – A Tulum Gem

My stay at NAALA Hotel in Tulum was fantastic! The hotel is in a perfect location, making it super easy to walk everywhere—whether to nearby restaurants, shops, or attractions. The room itself was beautiful, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely touch of greenery on the deck that added both charm and privacy. One small downside was seeing guests hang their wet clothes on the railings, which took away from the otherwise stylish and clean aesthetic of the hotel. Other than that, everything was excellent. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Tulum, I highly recommend NAALA Hotel!

El hotel está muy hermoso, las personas encargadas de la piscina son muy amables, los de recepción son muy amables, pero no me respetaron el precio que venía en mi correo de reservación, rápidamente me dieron check-in y me cobraron en dólares que por el tipo de cambio fue más dinero, por lo demás muy buen hotel
