Everything was fantastic, the personal was really nice and we went for out anniversary they even decorated with towel swans and chocolate that was so beautiful, the hotel is really nice and looks beutiful, the rooms were spacious and the bed was really comfortable, the hotel buffe was delicious and the bar had excellent food, we will come again!

Hotel is in an excellent location, two minutes from the end point of the Arlanda express train from the airport and well placed for central tourist activities and plenty of eating options nearby. I informed the hotel about very late check-in and they answered really quickly and I got the feeling everything was clear (and it was). Very good location near train station. Check-in itself was extreamly friendly and we felt very welcomed. Room was nice and quiet. Good breakfast although resraurant area was under consturction (that’s a good thing for the future). Check-out again very friendly and actually exceeded expectations.

Brilliant staff on the desk and in the breakfast/bar areas. Great room that was not a bit 'tired" & was cleaned every day. The ground floor restaurant layout is a bit of a warren but I am unsure how this could be improved without knocking down walls!. The other restaurant was under renovation so I am unable to comment on that. On a final point the hotel is wonderfully located near the centre of Stockholm and a very short distance from the rail station.

The hotel is in a great location ,right opposite the Arlanda Express terminal and easy walking distance to Old town and also shops, restaurants and bars. Reception team are extremely friendly and helpful for any questions about the city and getting around.Our room was fairly small but had everything we needed. Shower was powerful. Hotel was very conveniently located to train station and other activities such as walking to the ferry, restaurants and shops. The sauna was a nice perk at the end of a long day of walking and touring. You must book this at least a day or two in advance to get the time that you would like. We liked the rooftop terrace. We also have a terrace off of our room. This hotel does not have AC but we have three fans in our room and we were able to get a nice breeze going by opening the Terrace door for an hour or so before bed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Staff is friendly, location is excellent, but the room and the bathroom are tiny, felt like being in a hotel in Japan, they should really put the square meters on the description. Other than that the breakfast didn't have enough sweet options, and it was cramped, we had to wait to sit on both days, and the space to move around the tables and the buffet is really narrow.

Central location made it an ideal base for my first short break in Stockholm. A stones throw from central station, but in a quiet side street with easy access to all forms of public transport.Large and very comfortable superior room on the top floor, complete with balcony. All the staff I dealt with were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The only let down, and the reason why I've given the hotel 4 instead of 5 stars, was the quality of the breakfast. I understand that there are ongoing renovations in the restaurant area, but this doesn't excuse the very poor quality of some of the items offered. Otherwise an excellent hotel.
