Gorgeous rooms and pool area.

Nice rooms. But second time i stayed room had a shower that allowed a lot of water to be pushed out off the shower floor and into the room. Literally an engineering / common sense problem to not have the door to the shower close in a way the sweeps water into the bathroom and leak into the bedroom . Had to notify management that I spent 15 min trying to sop up water on the floor. Could not fully clean it up either. Restaurant on rooftop pricey but amazing

Beautiful room and beach

We enjoyed our stay. Location to the beach was great. Hotel restaurants were delicious with great service. Walkable to restaurants and short Uber to OSJ or other beaches. Stayed at the pool for a few hours one afternoon, unfortunately were ignored the whole time by the one guy. He walked past me several times and would turn away or keep walking if I tried to order a drink. I ended up having to go inside to the bar to order. The bartenders were helpful and fun to visit with. Hotel was doing renovations on some of the floors. Most of the time we didn't notice any noise, except one afternoon we were trying to rest after the beach and cool off in the A/C abd had drilling/sawing above our room. Hotel has a link that offers suggestions for activites or restaurants nearby (lists need updating). Would definitely stay again.

The property is absolutely beautiful and really gives off a lovely Tulum vibe! That said, it is a bit on the pricey side. Unfortunately, you can’t charge food or drinks to your room, and there’s no Apple Pay, so be sure to bring your card if you want to purchase something at the bar. On a positive note, I really appreciate that they provide free chairs and umbrellas when you head to the beach! There’s someone on-site who will happily set up the chairs and umbrella for you when you mention you're part of the hotel. The pool area is fantastic too, with heated water that made for a great experience. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to rent here again!

This hotel is clean and has new updated decor. It also offers beach service for where you are accommodated with chairs, towels and an umbrella as well as drinks and food from the restaurant located on the property. The staff were pleasant and courteous and helpful when we asked about the property. It is walking distance from many places to eat and shop. Check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. The only con is that it does not have showers to rinse off.
