My partner and I had a very disappointing stay at Bayswater Boutique Lodge. The entry key pads are very user unfriendly so access to our room was always a bit of a challenge. The shared bathroom was tiny and difficult to use, particularly for me being quite tall. The fans not very successful at keeping the room at a reasonable temperature at night, and no air conditioning so sleep was difficult. No staff on premesis so contact was through email and text with Donia the manager (working remotely I assume). She was able to assist on some issues, such as difficulties with the initial booking, but it would be helpful to have someone around for ongoing matters. Summing up, it was not a good stay, and it's unlikely I'll be back. My partner Liz will probably also have some comments to make
