Cute town of Prineville, clean space and friendly people. Check out grocery outlet and Ranchero restaurant if you are in town . Clean room. Looked like pictures advertised on Expedia . A/c works great . Ample of parking . Nice hot shower . Keyless entry. Ice , doggy bag, breakfast grab and go . Very good amenities at a friendly rate . An hour of scenic drive to painted hills and 30 minutes to steelhead falls trail . Highly recommend!

Room was clean and quiet. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Really needs to be updated. There was NO continental breakfast as advertised. Room window opened to the street sidewalk and blind needed repaired. Was given a discount with no explanation on arrival. Very nice woman at check-in. Would maybe come back by to re-evaluate later.

Room was fine, beds were fine. Lighting in the room was pretty dark - only place bright enough to read was the bathroom. TV didn't work. Wifi didn't work if you were too far from the main office - my room was about as far away from the main office as you could get. Continental breakfast was fine; glad they had bagels. The biggest bright spot - the coffee with the continental breakfast was significantly better than average motel coffee.

The staff person was awesome, the hotel and room is another story. I knew I was staying at a cheap hotel and I was hoping that it would be worth the convenience of being so close to where I needed to be, but it definitely was not. The bed had a big hole in it from a cigarette burn and the carpet was clean Ish and the chair was completely stained, and I didn’t dare sit in it. The TV halfway worked and kept losing service, but on the upside, the water was hot. The code for the door is super simple and it never gets changed so I ended up putting the ironing board behind the door so that if someone decided to come in during the night that I could hear them and maybe it would stop them. The walls were thin enough that I could hear the conversation my neighbors were having and thanked goodness that they didn’t decide to make love and I had to suffer through that. The main entrance door didn’t fully shut or open so it stayed open all night long so anybody could come into the hotel. The carpet in the main walkway was super disgusting and I woke up to the smell of cat pee and couldn’t escape it until I left the hotel. When I left and stood in the parking lot I was so grateful that it smelled like anything other than the hotel. I will never stay here again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. It was absolutely disgusting.
