This apartment is an excellent location and is nicely appointed. The 2 beds in the attic space are too hot to sleep in during the summer though. Otherwise a really good stay. One note- you cannot store luggage there if you arrive before the 4pm check-in.

This place is clean and a great location. It is very comfortable and perfect for a couple or a young family of four people. Would highly recommend it.

The apartment was easy to access and in a perfect location. The unit was very nice and visually appealing and clean. The only negative was that the coffee machine did not work, but had it been working, they even left some pods to get us started. I’d stay there again and recommend it to friends

Perfect location with easy walking access to all. Plenty of restaurants and small grocery/convenience stores nearby. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Nicely updated and attractive looking apartment. Once you close the window, you dont hear any noise from outside. The area is safe and the apartment building is quiet as well. We would stay here again.

We stayed in the penthouse which was wonderful. It was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The large shared room included a full kitchen, dining area, and lounge area. The property is situated very close to dining, shopping, and tourist attractions. We had one maintenance issue and the staff responded to it very quickly. This is a great property for two couples travelling together.

Location 5* absolutely fantastic couldn't have had a better Location. Apartment 3B itself very tired, needs a good overall. Bed absolutely rock hard like sleeping on the floor, had to put extra duvet underneath sheet for a little extra comfort and the state of the base admittedly cosmetic was ripped and looked awful. Shower door in bathroom leaked, as much water on the floor as in the bath. Towels discolured. Corners & around the sink could have been cleaner.

As in the picture, in the most perfect tourist place to stay with the best attractions at a walking distance. Electronic check in which is good as I arrived super late. Lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Surprisingly quiet at night and I couldn’t hear traffic noise. You could hear people slamming the doors in the others apartments but fortunately they were quiet overnight. Lovely marbled toilet with a bidet!! The shower door was uneven so water could come out, however they have left many towels and I think that’s the reason why. The kitchen / toilet had all appliances needed. I have noticed the apartment wasn’t shy on supplies like detergent, washing powder and toiletries - well done. I had a very good experience and recommend the place

The apartment was clean & spacious & had everything we needed. The location is excellent being walkable to Commerce Square, Rossio Square, Castle of Sao Jorge, the Metro & railway stations & the shops. We didn't see any staff as there is no reception service but we were contacted via WhatsApp & given contact telephone numbers for daytime and out of hours if needed. We asked if we could have an upper floor apartment & were on the 4th floor which was very soundproof..it was nice to hear the hustle bustle from the street when we opened the window but once we closed it we couldn't hear any noise at all. Just a couple of points to make..the website says luggage storage is available but this is not the case. Also the wood flooring outside the bathroom door was warped & had been stuck down with what looked like parcel tape which didn't give a very good first impression when we walked in. However, the rest of the apartment was lovely & we had a great holiday!

We thought we had booked a hotel but it turned out to be just an apartment in a building. The room itself is good and it’s in a great location. Poor communication with the host (they got back to us, but slowly), and no flexibility on early checkin even though the apartment was not occupied. Air conditioner is not working. Overall the central location made up for the other shortcomings for the 1 night that we were here.
