We booked 6 nights and were extremely disappointed. The carpet in the room felt disgusting and was most likely the source of a constant bad smell. There was no proper ventilation, and the air conditioning kept turning off on its own, forcing us to wake up several times during the night to turn it back on. The water kettle had to be moved across the room to find a usable outlet. The security locker didn't work at all when we arrived, and we had to report it to get it opened. The shower flooded due to poor drainage, though it was fixed after we complained. Worst of all, the car elevator broke down and we couldn't access our car, completely ruining an evening in Paris. The hotel offered only a 2-day parking refund and ignored how serious this issue was. If this had happened on our checkout day, it would have been a disaster. It's clear the hotel lacks a reliable service provider for essential facilities. We requested a one-night refund and a full parking refund, which was denied. For the price we paid, this stay was unacceptable. Poor maintenance and lack of guest care made the entire experience frustrating.
