We had a brilliant 3 night stay at this lovely hotel right in the centre of Copenhagen, easy to explore the city and metro on your doorstep so easy to get to the airport, the hotel is lovely with a great rooftop bar and breakfast included n the price very comfortable hotel and lovely staff stayed with family and we all loved the hotel and beautiful Copenhagen

The staff, especially Christie, was wonderful. When I got there I did not have a wardrobe. I explaned that I was going to be there for 6 days and needed a closest. It was quickly taken care of and I could hang my clothes. I thought the rooms were a little small for the price with no frig. But the breakfast every morning was wonderful.

Unusual to be in a hotel that will clean your room, but only if you request the services. Staff were always helpful and their breakfasts outstanding… just sorry they don’t have regular meals in the evenings - they offer just casual snacky type food and beverage. One thing I didn’t like was the bathroom shower/tub combo. If you’re fairly short like me, getting in and out was always done carefully… a grab bar would be a big asset.

Great location, clean rooms, wonderful staff, delicious and high quality breakfast. The only negative was that the rooms were too hot even with the thermostat at the lowest setting. The duvet/bed cover was too hot. Perhaps consider having lghter duvets. Overall wonderful hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice new building, very nice breakfast and it's a nice place. Need bedside tables, also there's not way to open the outside door on the street after hours if you don't have a key and no way to contact the front desk, if i did not have a cell phone i would have been stuck on the street. The entrance is also hard to find if not in front of it, need signs around the corner on the same building, when arriving late at night it's hard to see.

3 nights in a great hotel in a PERFECT location!!

Spent 3 nights at this fabulous hotel. The location is truly unbeatable. Across the street from a train and metro station. (took the metro to the airport. it took 15 minutes!). Also, near a wonderful food market, Botanic gardens and great shopping. The room was VERY small, but nicely appointed, and the bathroom was large and comfortable! We loved the breakfast and was surprised to find that there was free wine and beer every day from 4-5. For our purposes it was perfect (though again, the room was small). Beds very comfy too!

There are pros and cons with this hotel. Pros: It's position is it's strong point. Next to the metro with a direct link to the airport. Central and within walking distance of most of the places/atractions of the city. Check in was easy and straightforward and we were allowed to check in early. Cons: Unimpressive entrance, a set of automatic doors set between two shops with no obvious signage brings you into a box like entrance with lift and staircase. A reception on the top floor that is reminiscent of a country pub. A counter stuck at the end of the bar/food service. Everything, including the rooms are dark grey with no decoration. It looks more like some sort of institution rather than a welcoming place to enjoy a holiday. Breakfast was passable but nothing to write home about. The major problem is also it's location. On a corner of a busy junction and adjacent to both the metro and the train station. This meant that just outside was a constant stream of people and vehicles with the associated levels of noise, to a very late hour, that meant that it was not possible to leave a window open. We stayed in room 509. If you do stay and are offered this superior room say "no thanks". Whilst we were there, on the Friday and Saturday nights, the hotel had music playing on the rooftop terrace. The constant throb of the drum and base music being played reverberates through the bedroom ceiling making it impossible sleep. In all almost fifteen and a half hours of music hell

Reservei o quarto em janela e de fato tem janela mas não dá nem pra ver se tem luz do dia. Como o objetivo era só dormir mesmo valeu. O melhor é o banheiro. Chuveiro pequeno muito bom e box completo e novo. Apesar de pequeno tinha onde dar uma organizada. O café da manhã era bom não foi o melhor Mas tem tudo. O rooftop bem legal e bonito não tem refeição é só bebida e snacks a marguerita não tinha sal na borda mas valeu pelo lugar. Comemos um patê de ricota com mel muito bom e mais uma cerveja e custou umas 200 kr. A localização é o outro ponto forte. Sai do aeroporto pega linha m2 e desce na estação norreport e virou e achou o hotel. Fizemos muita coisa. Pé no dia 1 e depois usamos o metrô pra tudo o city pass compensa muito fomos até o frederiksborg castle usando ele.
