Perfect balance of quality and cost

We had a one bedroom apartment for 24 nights. It was by far the best value of all the hotels we looked at. Separate kitchen/ living area with hob and fridge freezer. Views were stunning with clear views of the remarkable. Parking is limited but public parking about 20m away is very cheap for 24hrs if needed. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent hotel and we will stay next year.

Just one night stay before doing Otago Rail Trail. Handy to airport but a little remote. Very well appointed rooms with kitchenette and laundry facilities. Air conditioning unit makes unusual noises, otherwise very quiet and comfortable.

Hotel was nice enough and bed comfortable, but the parking situation is atrocious. A hotel should never be able to be built without enough parking. Yes, there is paid parking nearby and was not crazy expensive, but it was a hassle and not quick process to accomplish. I would never stay here again for the cost.

Nice hotel, parking sucks

Nice hotel, but has the same issue as most Queenstown hotels, parking is a nightmare. Theres roughly 20-30 parks for the hotel, most of which are full by 6pm. If you arruve layer, or leave and come back, you'll have to pay for parking in a car park admitedly close, but still for the price of a room, not to include parking is frustrating, considering this isn't in Queenstown proper, parking should be free.

The hotel is nice, the amenities are nice, the washer and dryer in the room is really nice! The only downfall is if you get there late there is no parking, 95% of the parking lot is reserved for permanent residence. So,if you're not lucky, you have to park up the street and pay $10. That should be disclosed!
