Close to train station

Very close to Östersund train station. No issues with cleaning or staff. Only drawback was that breakfast area was a bit cramped, and not many tables. Would stay again, though.

A functional but rather tired place to stay while passing through for 1 night, no frills. Checking in was not easy. Asked to do it on line before we arrived but didn't work. Couldn't get into the building without a code. Finally got in as someone else left. to find a lady at reception. Initially told she couldn't find a booking for us despite showing her the emails received. Eventually she found it. Room basic but worst thing was that the curtains in no way covered the window, way too small. Not brilliant in June when it doesn't get dark! Breakfast was meant to start at 6.30am which we needed so we could catch an early train. Breakfast room only unlocked at 6.40am and breakfast still not completely ready. Girl on duty gave no apology just said she was late to work. Not the best

Stora problem att hitta parkeringsplats för bilen nära hotellet, jag har svårt att gå vissa dagar. Hotellrummet, 3 nätter, 2 personer, var 600 kronor dyrare än direktbokning till hotellet Frukt som t ex äpplen och bananer saknades vid frukosten

Iskaldt bad, fantes ingen varme så handdukene tørket ikke. Ganske skittent. Gardinene var for smale for vinduene, så det var umulig å få det mørkt i rommet om natten. Kun plass til 30 personer til frokost så noen måtte sette seg ute. Det var hele tiden fritt for noe til frokosten; bestikk og kopper, kaffe, eggerøre, bacon, ost og tilbehør. Finnes kun 4 parkeringsplasser tilhørende hotellet.
