The staff is excellent! They are friendly and helpful to everyone. The hotel is in sad condition but is being renovated. But some things are just housekeeping fix it. Drapes hanging from the rod is not necessary. 1 little bar of soap in the bathroom for the sink and shower.?? The clock is unplugged from behind the bed.? Just the little things.

First off the stay was OK when we got into our room we noticed there’s a little bit of a smell, but we didn’t put it past anything, but I will say the carpets in that room were nasty stained soiled and needed to be cleaned and there was a piece of furniture missing from the corner of the room, closest to the window, and there was no light covering in the bathroom over the one lightbulb it was exposed

Arrived at the hotel and had a great check in process. Arrived at our hotel room and all seemed good. Set air conditioning and room would not cool down at all with air conditioning being at 60 degrees. Got no assistance with moving rooms or getting issue resolved
