Struggled a little with the lock box on arrival, but managed to get in. Can't comment on communication with the host, as we had no need to. The property was PERFECT. the position on the park is ideal. It was out of the way, up on the Hill so was peaceful and had excellent views. We had everything we needed and more. The bench up the steps, behind the caravan was a brilliant bonus, great spot to admire the view.
Plenty of room, there were 3 of us, but it sleeps 6 easily.
only problem was, as we didn't book directly through Park Dean we were told that we needed to pay £11.50 each for an 'Entertainment pass' to get into the club house. We just wanted a quick game of bingo before going to bed and were only staying 2 nights, so didn't want to pay over £30.00 just to get in.
