We needed a room to catch an early flight. We selected a room with two queens and a couch area for two adults and two children. The hotel was not clean and run down appearance. The hallway carpet had a greasy path down the middle and was loose in areas. There was strong smells throughout and cooking smells. The room was not as advertised and the beds looked like the sheets were not changed. The couch turned out to be a shelf under the window. We were shown another room with cleaner sheets and a cushion on the shelf but we did not feel comfortable staying with our children. It felt unsafe and unsanitary. I called Expedia and they tried to get me a refund for not staying there but the property never responded to Expedia so I’m being charged for a room I rejected. I expect at a minimum for a hotel room to be clean and safe for my family to stay.

front desk very rude. hotel very dirty, elevator did not work half the time you wondered if you were going to get trapped, sheets and pillow cases were stained, carpet so dirty if you waled barefoot your feet got black on the bottom. shower curtain had mold on it, had to ask for a roll of toilet paper they think half roll for 5 days also had to ask for towels. this hotel should be shut down.

Accidentally booked hotel on the wrong night. The staff would not change the date even thought the room was paid in advance and I was willing to pay extra fees. Room was small but comfortable and bed was comfortable.

Staff are not friendly Asked for extra towels since it was 3 of us in the room was told “there’s already two towels in your room” and then said they will bring up more and never arrived!! Asked for change for a $20 bill to use in the vending machines ( they don’t take debit cards) and was told they didn’t have change to break my $20. Needs upgrade in rooms and dingy towels!! Don’t recommend at all!!

The Non pet friendly “pet friendly” hotel.

Hotel claims to be pet friendly but called me back to the hotel because I was not allowed to leave my pet In the room unattended and claimed my dog wouldn’t stop barking but when I returned to the hotel after the call, my dog never barked once and I was told there was an additional $75 fee for my dog barking and being left alone. I showed the employee the listing on Hotels.com claiming it was pet friendly to let them know they should change that listing if a person can’t leave their pet unattended. I refused to stay and left after the employee refused to admit there pet policy wasn’t pet friendly at all. I grabbed my pet, bags, and left immediately. I stayed in the room less than 2 hours left before before normal check in hours and was refused a refund. Worst experience ever. Can’t say enough to stay away from this establishment. 0 stars.

Excellent shower, but….

Excellent shower. Only pancakes muffins toast apples for breakfast. No sugar free syrups. Rather dated facility. Only ice machine is on first floor. Freezer of fridge needs defrosting, couldn’t use it. Overall, worth what was paid.

The suite was well maintained and very reasonably priced. Very convenient location to airport. Staff facilitated my shuttle transport from car rental and early morning transport to airport. Very helpful. Reasonable selection of restaurants associated with other hotels, walkable in the area.

It is what you expect but the location is the key.

It is exactly what you should expect. The photos are a nicer than the room actually was. But it is fine. The room is appropriate for the rate. The location to the airport is what you need if you are staying in this area. If you need a place to stay until your flight the next morning at 0600, this is fine.
