Well it wouldn’t have been such a terrible experience if my wind breaker jacket wasn’t stolen by housekeeping. I checked out yesterday 5/10/26 & had work not far away..I realized that I forgot only that windbreaker & left it on the back of the bathroom door to dry. It was raining the 2 nights I stayed & I got it wet. Then at work I called, couldnt get an answer so hotels.com called & spoke to management who said housekeeping didn’t see anything! Absolutely ridiculous, if I were able to I would have went right back. It’s not so much the jacket but in a pocket I had a high quality audio cable for work which is now stolen in my opinion. I’ll report it to my boss as stolen from The Quality Inn New Brunswick staff, & obviously NEVER staying here again!!

Room cleaning crew didn't show up for cleaning. I have a guest to meet in the lobby. The manager said you can't sit, so I took him to the room, but the room wasn't clean, causing a lot of embarrassment in front of the guest.

This hotel was pretty chill. The bathroom was super clean. The room could have been a bit cleaner & did have a slight stench but nothing unbearable. It was quiet & breakfast was served in the morning. It also was a bit inconvenient that I had to put a $100 additional deposit down when I arrived. I would have liked to known before hand like if it could have been posted on the website , however I did get it back very shortly after checking out so I would definitely recommend.

I've stayed here for dozens of business trips at the NJ Expo Center. This is the first time that I encountered a problem. First room smelled like sweaty man. It didn't come with the sweaty man so I requested another room. No more jokes. The second room was worse. Then moved to the second floor and it was acceptable but it still had a slight odor. The heater worked great. The bed and the pillows were great. The TV didn't work the first night but they fixed it while I was at work the second day and it worked fine in the morning. The second night the WiFi wasn't working so I had no iPad to watch before bed on the second night. They tried and tried to fix it but no! Used all of my data for the month; but it did finally work in the morning. TO CONCLUDE: I'VE STAYED HERE AT LEAST 50 NIGHTS AND I HAVE TO CONSIDER NOT COMING BACK.

Late arrival and early departure - did not get to see the outside in the daylight. Inside, the lobby was bright and clean as was the elevator and the upper floor. Room was very nice. Wish I had stayed longer.

The room is outdated, heat did not work well. Water does not get very hot. It dies have a microwave and fridge which was the best part. The other issue is i forgot my jacket in the closet called back 2 days later and continously for a week only for them to say i did not leave it there. Kent the manager was the worse and had horrible communication skills. I picked this location because its close to my job and when i have traiings its an easier commute. However i will inform my organization that this is not a good location. The lack of customer service skills and professionalism is amazing.wiheagain. because its close to my job when i need to do do
