Hotel is "under renovation" however, the room we checked into had wads of hair all over the bathroom floor, blood splatters on the comforter of the bed and plaster was literally falling off the walls. It was so disgusting, we checked out 10 minutes after checking in.

The hotel is undergoing a HUGE renovation. The staff (especially the new manager) went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool was not open (renovation) since that was one of the things that I filtered for.

I stayed April 17-19. This hotel is under construction but that wasn't the worst part of it. There was nail polish, that looked like blood, spilled all over the bathroom. No trash can in the bathroom, no tissue paper and the paint was badly chipped. The carpet had numerous stains and damage. There were 2 pillows for a king size bed. Staff was friendly in helping me locate some additional pillows but was told they were sold out and had to take some from another room. Idk. The room itself was so disgusting, I didn't bother to stay the third night that I had booked. When I went to leave at 9 AM, staff was nowhere to be found, even after ringing the bell, to lodge any complaints in person. Super disappointing -- will never recommend.

I would love to say I stayed there but the address to which I was directed was not the same hotel. The hotel where I ended up, also called Sleep Inn but not Sleep Inn & Suites did NOT have my reservation, did NOT have my Itinerary number and was full up. I was told that the hotel at which I made my reservation had gone out of business. I had to pivot and quickly find another hotel in a town where hotels were full - all this at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. Nightmare!

Thinest walls ever and I think people live there! People smoking weed and can smell it in your room and several people arguing and slamming doors from 11:45-4:30am YES ! Slept about 2 hours! Staff is VERY NICE tho- floor was dirty - room was fine. Skipped breakfast to get the heck out before anything bad happened on that floor- some crazy fighting!

Reserved room with 2 queen beds but got one bed and a flimsy dirty pull out sofa. Breakfast was terrible with little food and lukewarm bad coffee. Walls were paper thin and tv noise from next room kept us awake. The area is run down and the hotel shares a lot with a condemned hotel building. Hotel was under construction and dirty.

The first room the door lock was broken wouldn't lock!!! The second room was freezing cold the heater was dysfunctional!! The third room was awful but warm, sheets stained room dirty, curtains filthy!! Furniture old, dirty, disgusting!! I was denied a refund so I had to stay

The staff was very nice but that was about it. My room was dirty but I checked in in the late evening and didn’t notice much until I was settled. There was hair in the shower and in one of the towels that I used. The ceiling looked like it might collapse. I found a penny on the ground of my room, making me doubt that it had been vacuumed. The gap under the door was huge, probably around an inch. The hairdryer was broken. Pool was under repair which isn’t their fault but I wouldn’t have used it anyways. I asked for a conditioner but they said they didn’t have any. It was so cold in my room and the temperature was not adjustable. I slept in two pairs of pants and three shirts and my own blanket from home, and I am someone who normally runs super hot when sleeping. The breakfast was laughable and gross, I’m lucky I wasn’t relying too heavily on it. It was eggs with sausage mixed in, biscuits, and gravy. I opened the fridge hoping there was a yogurt, but there was only milk. The cereal was super stale. I was hoping for some sort of toast at least. I got some juice but there were chunks floating in it. The people were super nice but I could see how much they were struggling. I would’ve gone to a different hotel if I were staying more than one night. Overall disappointed
