Lovely hotel

Well located close to the London Tower, the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and comfy. Breakfast has plenty of sweet and savoury options.

Not a good service or hotel

Stayed in a Superior Double Room. It was really dated and needed upgrading. Backed on to a really noisy courtyard. The shower screen was completely broken so couldn't shower and had to wait for the hotel maintenance to come and fix/replace it. Then the lights stopped working in the room. The spa/pool area was packed all the time with guests, so unable to use it. Check In was 3pm, so had to wait hours to check in. Paid for two nights and additional for breakfast, but in checking out asked for a concession as only had one breakfast and room issues and the check out lady, totally dismissed it and refused to refund the breakfast, defaulting if you want to complain here is the email address, BYE!!! No customer service at all. Really dissatisfied considering over £200 a night for a basic room.

Allt var i stort sett bra, mycket sköna sängar. Bra städat. Det som saknades och drog ner lite i betyg, var att det saknades toalettborste samt glas till oss alla i rummet. Vi var 4 och det var endast för 2 personer. Sedan finns misstanke att städpersonal spädde ut schampo och duschtvålen, då det var väldigt rinnigt. Frukosten var väldigt god. Och maten som vi intog där på restaurangen (Leos)

Huge room with 2 queen beds, a/c worked well, in room amenities were nice. On booking I noted we were celebrating our daughter's birthday and were surprised with a birthday card and treat in the room on our first day. They also provided a complimentary bottle of red wine which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great, many options to choose from and eggs made to order. Excellent location. Walkable to Tower of London and tower bridge; tower bridge tube stop is steps from the hotel which was very convenient and made getting around the city a breeze. The hotel pool was nice after a long day. One thing to note about both the shower stall and bathtub is it is a large step in and out which could be challenging if there are mobility issues. Would stay here again.

The hotel is fine but the air conditioning in the room is very poor. It was hot in London during our stay. Practically, we were not able to sleep properly at night. I complained on the second day when we observed the AC and air circulation was both not proper. The hotel had someone checked it but it didn’t improve. The lowest temperature is 18 degree centigrade and we couldn’t lower it.

Great family hotel in excellent location!

We stayed here as a family of 4, kids aged 10 and 12. Worked well for us having two queen beds in one room. Fab hotel and convenient location. Lovely touch having a small bottle of wine and sweet treats for our anniversary, which I mentioned in our booking. Would have been nice to have breakfast included, but otherwise would definitely recommend!
