Stayed in a Superior Double Room. It was really dated and needed upgrading. Backed on to a really noisy courtyard. The shower screen was completely broken so couldn't shower and had to wait for the hotel maintenance to come and fix/replace it. Then the lights stopped working in the room. The spa/pool area was packed all the time with guests, so unable to use it. Check
In was 3pm, so had to wait hours to check in. Paid for two nights and additional for breakfast, but in checking out asked for a concession as only had one breakfast and room issues and the check out lady, totally dismissed it and refused to refund the breakfast, defaulting if you want to complain here is the email address, BYE!!! No customer service at all. Really dissatisfied considering over £200 a night for a basic room.
