The hotel itself was nice, and the location was excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by the noise at night. Both nights there was extremely loud noise outside that continued until around 3:00 a.m. Because of this, I was unable to fall asleep until after 3:00 a.m. on either night. The lack of sleep made the stay much less enjoyable. If the noise issue could be addressed, this would be a great place to stay because the hotel and location are otherwise very good.

The reception doubles as a bar, and they prefer to help with drinks over acknowledging you're there (didn't greet, or ask for a moment, despite eye contact), but after 5 mins somebody did show up for check-in. Luckily, the hotel itself is nice, good rooms and very nice breakfast, and in a great location too. Overall happy, except for the start

Quite friendly and helpful staff Fantastic breakfast Great location Historical building with beautiful interior design Our room was too small despite being upgraded to a bigger room Hotel has no parking which is annoying but there is a parking lot closeby, so you should prepare to walk with your luggages We enjoyed Helsingborg quite a lot and we plan to go back soon and stay in the same hotel

The room that are facing the street are horrendous with noise. There is a nightclub right outside and it goes to 0300. nice hotel, nice breakfast, horrible sound proofing.

Hotellet var super flot indrettet med en god vibe i baren. Jeg var dog uheldig at få et værelse ud til trappeopgangen, hvor der var meget larm fra. Vinduerne er også dårligt isoleret, så der er meget larm fra gaden. Derudover var badeværelset meget koldt. Men ellers rent og behageligt hotel.

The Vault ligger supercentralt på Stortorget med i princip allting inom kort promenadavstånd: många restauranter precis intill och faktiskt ganska lätt att parkera på torget och intilliggande gator där man får stå 18.oo - 09.oo utan avgift. Bekvämt rum med mycket sköna sängar (stora kuddar, vilket ofta saknas på hotell), badrummet dock ganska litet och mindre välplanerat: duschdörrarna var inte helt täta, så blött på golvet. -Vattenkokare o.s.v., men det vanliga problemet att det bara finns te med "barnsmak", inga som smakar te. Skulle det vara så svårt att lägga till en vanlig tepåse? -för ett rum med normalpris nära 2.000:- kan väl en extra tepåse för 50 öre inte vara så orimligt...? Utlovad "utsikt mot staden" visade sig också avse ljusgården över glastaket inuti byggnaden, så inte mycket att skryta med. Utmärkt frukost, dock nås frukostmatsalen endast via trappor, så inte helt handikappvänligt, vilket i och för sig delvis gäller hela hotellet: svårlöst problem när man bygger om mer än 100 år gamla byggnader till hotell: atmosfären vinner men tillgängligheten förlorar. Sammantaget dock en trevlig vistelse!
