The staff did not care to assist me in any way. My sofa bed was not made up. They asked me to open it myself, telling me the linens, pillows and the towels are all already inside. When I asked if the sheets and everything was new or has been sitting around inside the bed for a while , the answer I was given was “ I think so, I don’t know”. I asked if housekeeping can come to take care of this and was told they don’t do that. I wouldn’t trust the cleanliness of these sheets or pillows. When the sofa bed was opened, everything was so wrinkled and looked very unkempt. Not a pleasant look or a comfortable sleep sensation. Poorly done.

Fantastisk frukost. Trevlig personal. Bra spaavdelning men brister. Klämrisk på bastulave och dörrhandtag sönder. Avsaknad av ett skydd i bubbelpool. Lyhört från rummet och stolskrap till 22.30 (städning efter konferrens antagligen).

Rummen ok förutom att det inte fanns några avställningsytor i badrummet. Om man vill ha 4* så kanske inte heller plastmatta på golvet är det man förväntsr sig. I övrigt är personalen serviceinriktade och mkt trevliga. Maten bra bortsett från att frukostens bacon bestod av en härdsmälta och äggstanningen alldeles för torr. Läget fantastiskt liksom miljön runtomkring. Priset helt ok med tanke på vad man får
