Downtown Sioux Falls, hidden treasure

Old rooms, hotel, but everything clean and tidy. Desk staff friendly in the evening, a bit brusque in the am. Finally read the message on the TV, power switch on the side—NOT on remote. Quiet, basic breakfast, decent shower/sink, drains all working. Great location! Had a lovely walk through downtown to the airport 90 minutes.

Ok if you are on a budget

Tired and basic hotel. Power cut meant an alarm going off for over an hour. Receptionist disinterested - even when it was pointed out some of the emergency lighting was not functioning. Breakfast options poor. Had 2 night stay left after 1.

The Beds Come Pre-used

When we arrived to our room our sheets were already used. When we asked for new sheets they wouldn't give us any. They argued with us. When we finally got a new sheet they'll didn't give us new blankets. When we asked them to change the sheets the next day they did not come change them. We left early.

We had Dr.appointment and worry about fog for morning drive. We came and stayed the night before the appointment. It was so nice to have this place to stay. It is so kept up and clean.

We have stayed there 3 times and still have not figured out how to get TV on and off with remote so have to get out bed to turn it off. Channel changing is fine. Maybe leave a note with remote on how it works. Otherwise everything was great

Stay away.

Do not stay. After long day n road to see doc in morning for cancer first room was not made up (530). Then another room and heater was so loud could not sleep had to turn off. Front desk said they could not do anything about it. And went back to her phone. Then went to bathroom and turned on light and the fan came on, it was so loud it shock the wall but the bed. Could not sleep. So had to leave light off all night. And we have to go all the time with my wife’s cancer. So always had to turn all lights on in room. Plus went to lost door and no chain on doir. The hardware was there but no chain. But did have the deadbolt. Only good thing was it was like one block to our doc appointment in morning. So I will be spending a little more time with other hotel driving to appointments. Breakfast was only doughnuts bread for toast and cold cereal. Not what we are used to. I’m sorry about the review but just had to say something.
