Deceptive Photos Run away dont Book

The photos of this hotel are highly enhanced and do not depect current state of hotel . This property has a lot of deferred maintenance to include broken hair dryers, tiles in the floor, ice machine, toilets that move, faucets that’s broken, shower curtain with hole in it, mold on the ceiling floor is not being vacuumed. This is really a hotel that does not match the photos. It serves breakfast, but I wouldn’t dare eat there given the state of the rooms. I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. This is a hotel where the towers are not white they’re yellow and you feel dirty after you shower. These are the photos I took at my stay there. They speak for themselves. In fact I had one room that was horrible, and I asked to be switched to another room that was equal to same level as a dump as first minus a very stained toilet that was in the first room. Also check the bed for bedbugs. At least the mattress has a protector, but it had pain on it and then the pillowcase had staining so the level cleaning are subpar, spend the extra money and go somewhere else

Lots of stains on the carpet in the hotel room. This is the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel room without a refrigerator. This should be standard in every hotel room. I have traveled from Europe to Asia and all over the United States and North America and I have always had a refrigerator.

The worst state ever

The rooms really needs to be updated. They are horrible. The shower has such a bad stain in it at the button of the tub. The shower curtains are torn. They need to be replaced. The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced not to mention the towels and the washcloths I thank God I take my own no matter where I go because those towels and washcloth was so stain and so filthy and so dingy it was nowhere near white. Oh my God you all need to remodel this place Never ever will I stay there again unless they remodel.

Go somewhere else

Ice machine out of order, bed okay but not wonderful, coffee was not good. Shower did NOT work to give a temperature of water, either freezing cold or scalding hot. Do not stay unless you have to and there's no other place

Room was in disrepair. Bathroom floor was greasy. Comforter had cigarette burns. Mirrors had black marks all over. Breakfast was cereal or toast; no protein or juice.

Charged me $53.55 EXTRA i paid for my room.on hotels.com $76+ then before i check out i see $53.55 charged to my card FROM MICRO TEL...I stop by front dest 2 April on my way to check out GUY SAID ITS INCIDENTAL CHARGE i said ok meaning ut will be refunded back to me..IT WAS NOT REFUNDED BACK TO ME THEY OVER CHARGED ME $53.55 A week later its still on my credit card...but when i call a "parel" tells me its not showing on his end that i paid that bit it was charged to my card

Looks good, but not!

Gym was down, Ice machines did not work, and breakfast had smallest and least appetizing selection we have seen. Plus, our room temperature was set at 63F when we went in.

Just bad. Won't be back to any Microtel.

Rooms were not kept up at all. Broken cabinet doors, dirty sheets, Had to switch rooms after pull out bed sheets were very dirty and had like jelly all over them. Never checked by cleaning crew. First room so bad had to change rooms. Wrong size sheets on pull out bed (that we had to back to desk and ask for). Not enough towels or wash rags. Tried to change hotels but none were available. Was ready to leave the next morning.

This was truly awful. They gave away the room I booked and offered me another room with no apology and no remuneration. When I expressed my displeasure with this, they told me they would just cancel the room. The staff was downright hostile throughout the whole experience. What’s more l, we were unable to control the temperature of the room and the telephone didn’t work because it didnt even have a cord to the wall. Breakfast was white bread and dry cereal, and they didn’t have milk available. All in all a nightmare.

Very dirty, no one at counter

There was brown streaks on the bathroom walls, and hair in the sink and tub. The cushion by the window was disgusting. The tv didn't even work. When we tried to find someone at the counter we couldn't find anyone. Breakfast consited of bread and stale cereal.
