It felt quite unwelcoming that both the check-in and check-out staff didn’t speak Dutch, the national language of the Netherlands. Also, there seemed to be a shortage of staff when a large group of tourists came in during the afternoon and during breakfast when nearly all tables weren’t cleaned up. The hotel is well located for easy transfer with the hotel shuttle bus to and from the terminal for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of the quality and range of items available and can satisfy even a vegan. Staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions.

We had a group of 3 so the room we booked was perfect. The room was plenty spacious and clean. Wish there was more lighting in the room but there was a mini kitchen space, microwave, fridge and kettle. The heating system worked fine. The shuttle to and from the hotel was great for a layover. (Free to hotel but small fee to return to airport, you buy passes at front desk). There is also a free water machine on first floor to fill up your water bottles. We did not purchase breakfast so cannot speak on it. We had an early flight and decided to eat at airport. Good choice for layover

Great hotel. Close to airport. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. It was free to the hotel and cost 12 euros for the way back. (2 adults and a child). If you want to go for an awesome walk along some cute canals there is a little town close by with restaurants and supermarkets. Maybe 25 minutes

Dust is everywhere in the room. When ask to clean the room, the cleaners only change the towels and tidy up the beds. The location of the hotel is not convenient at all to reach Amsterdam central. However their breakfast is nice and staff are helpful.
