Basic room, but all that I needed... good bed, good shower, and good TV. The hotel very near to Park Phoenix tram stop which made easy to get to from the airport and easy to cheaply get to Nice centre. The breakfast was great value and good quality. I would definitely stay there again.

Given the cost of the room, this was very good value for money. We were pilgrims requiring access to the Basilica which was only a 15 minute walk away.
