The photos of this hotel don't represent ALL of the potential rooms, so our room was not as nice as we were hoping. The water in the bathtub did not drain and the toilet had issues flushing. It was fine for our weekend, but it wasn't as nice as advertised. But the pools were nice and the beach is literally right there. Also great walking distance from the action at OOB. So it's a nice location, just a little run down.

Odd that you need to walk three hotels over to check in. When going to our room trash was bagged and on the floor at 3pm and still there when we checked out at 7am. We checked out early because the train that goes through Old Orchard Beach sounds it horn right at the property. The trains go by what seems to be every hour from 2am to 6am. Not a bad hotel just not the best beach. Will not return to OOB.

Very very small room. No sitting area in room as there was no space. Air conditioning unit was so loud. You could hear other quests all night. Overall it was average. View was great. Location great. But felt over priced for size of room.

Our room was very outdated compared to others they had listed, it was doable though. Only major issue was the floor was disgusting. Covered in dust, dirt and food from previous guests stuck to the floor. Location was great a quick walk to the beach and down to the pier and have 4 pools guest can use since the one directly behind us was always closed. Would book again but make sure to stay at another location they have.

Great proximity to the beach, you're looking at it! Our room was on the 3rd floor...no elevators, so 31 stairs! I prefer a little more room. It was small and our room was slanted so that was weird! It was good since we were there just 2 nights. Anything more would have been too cramped as there was no storage area. We did use the lobby and outside porch area. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We parked and walked everywhere. Not too bad a walk to The Brunswick. And just a little bit further is the pier. Nice walk, lots to take in! The beach access was the key. Our room faced the ocean and the sunrise was beautiful!!!
