No hotel staff, only a kiosk for check in and check out. When arrived no pillows, had to wait two hours to recieve any. Hotel was a little dirty, rooms were clean. Beds were comfy but TV had no channels and wifi was very slow.

My kids didn't even feel safe and I didn't want them to stay there. The room was absolutely dirty and disgusting. Sheets were filthy, there was mold everywhere on the ceilings and in the refrigerator.

On the website it said for $76 a night and you guys charged me 100. I think that was a little outrageous for your property and your hotel stay. On the website is it Continental breakfast and we did not get that so we got ripped off.

u r for warned on this property as well DO NOT STAY so u don’t see any real people u check in with someone on a screen so no help if somethin goes wrong or anythin n if ur lookin for management not gonna happen they kept telling me ill get u management never happened this place is ran by foreigner n not doin the right thing or up keep to america standard u wanna be here then do better dk how they r gettin away with this in cdale maybe they payin off the city who know but they really need to be investigated n should be shut down for awhile this was a nice place at one time they come in n wanna do everythin super cheap to pocket more money n do barely nothin steal/keep ur hard earned money even when they say ill talk to the owner n also say they would get u refund if u leave joke n say they will talk to u tomorrow nope block u use a dif phone n they say they dk how to get in touch with the owner which has to be a lie n if its true then tht y nothin gettin done or there excuse so they dont have to do anythin someone need to be accountable

Bed was nasty had dried up rice on the covers and hair. No remote control for the tv even though i asked for one each day i was there. And the water would just barely get warm enough to take a shower in.

Good value. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was gone by 6:30 am. It was either eaten by hungry travelers or stolen by a homeless person. There were only like 7 other people there and no one was up when I was leaving. The front desk is not staffed

There was no remote, I asked for a king. On second floor. I got a full on the first floor. There where holes in the room. I recorded before and after. No phone. The water was cold. In the shower and NEVER got hot. It was horrible.

worst experience ever tv didn’t work n they wouldn’t do anythin asked about changin room the guy on the screen said they rnt cleaned dk if they have actually people or not kept gettin told management was comin to speak to me n nope tht never happened ran into a woman in the hall way thought she was a guest so i asked her if her tv worked she say she not maintenance went back to the screen n the guy said management just walked down the hallway k y didn’t u notify who u was so i asked her r u management she said im not maintenance k i don’t ask tht i said r u management she didn’t care what my prob was she kept walking away from me said she would talk to owner in the morning probably wont bc i already reached out to her n of course i get sent to voicemail so we will see what the outcome will be but i recommend not stayin here there customer service suck n don’t care about there guest

Check in was slow. I had to talk to some person on a screen rather than face to face. One lamp in the room. Quasi-repaired wall damage. Rusty shower hardware.

There are no real people at the facility. I had to check in speaking to someone over a computer screen and not in this country. Then i went into my room and realized i did not have a remote for my tv and again because there is not an actual person on the property they could not help me. I had no tv for the entire time. He said he would print me a room key for a different room so i can get a remote and then said there were no rooms available. It was a Monday night and the place was dead. I asked to switch rooms and again he couldn’t do that. I was to wait until someone comes in at 7am but no one was ever at that front desk other than the computer screen. When i checked out at 10am there was still no one there. You can’t run a motel from another country and give any kind of customer service. There was also no shampoo or soap in my room and again no person there to give me any. It was ridiculous

This place was a complete sxit hole ! The room was dirty and had one light at the entrance as well as it took them 8 hours to make the decision with several callls and a final prompting from the maintenance man to move me .. the tv didn’t work at all and the desk staff was non existent. It’s a computer screen you talk to someone who isn’t even in Illinois… the surrounding area was sketchy as c well seeing what appeared to be drug transactions in the parking lot .. there were cars that came and left without getting out of their vehicles .. I was so disappointed I left without being able to get a refund on my last two days and rented a room at the Holiday Inn

Met with a Kiosk to check in. Dirty baseboards with hair plastered to wall in bathroom. Reeked of weed when returning that evening. Next morning, husband was looking for more coffee and videoed a snake slithering under ice maker. Never again
