We liked the property and enjoyed our stay but we found that there were alot of stairs and inclined and declined pathways. Very hard for someone with mobility issues. I need a knee replacement and we found we were to tired after supper to go anywhere. Our jacuzzi tub quit working halfway through the week and the staff went out of there way to fix it for us for the last evening.

Overall this resort is great for families and couples. Food was good with many choices and A-la-cart restaurants (reservations required). Pools were good and the beach was great! I recommend that they provide more beach chairs and pool chairs as they run out quickly. Staff were great and our family really enjoyed the stay.

C’étais ma troisième fois et j’ai encore une fois beaucoup appréciée. Nous avons eu un problème de batterie sur le mécanisme pour entrer dans notre chambre qui a pris beaucoup de temps à arranger alors que nous avions un autobus à aller prendre mais sinon tout a bien été . Un merci tout spécial à Bernardo qui sert au bar de la piscine adulte le soir . Depuis trois ans il m’offre un super service !

Visité el lugar en año nuevo. En general bien pero: 1. La gente aparta los camastros 2. Las toallas para la piscina se acaban muy rápido 3. Las regaderas para enjuagarse de la playa no se cerraban, algo en el sensor estaba mal y se desperdició mucha agua 4. Las lámparas de los pasillos estaban sucias 5. Pedí servicio de despertador y No llamaron 6. Llamé a repeción a las 20 hrs para pedir un servicio y no contestaron el teléfono. 7. En el restaurante Bamboo las manteletas huelen a trapo viejo. 8. El personal es muy atento. 9. Se lucieron con la decoración y la cena de año nuevo en el buffett. 10. La mezcla musical fue la misma la noche de año nuevo y al día siguiente. Necesitan más variedad o un nuevo DJ. 11. El chico que cocinaba en las terrazas es sordo mudo, eso me encantó!

The property is outdated the staff were rude not all but some. The cleaning staff in the rooms were amazing. The food in the buffet wasn’t great. The breakfast food was pretty good. But the rest looked very much like it had been remade into other dishes from The night before. The travel club me. We’re all very pushy trying to get onto invest into a hotel. The coffee (espresso) machine in the main bar was broken. Only Nescafé coffee out of a machine not good. Mexico has great Coffee beans they need to use Their own coffee. One bar for drinks at night to order from. If you went into the sports bar the waitresses had to go to The main bar to get drinks.

This hotel is NOT a 4 or 5 star hotel. Maybe a 3 and being generous. Trash left by the guest everywhere, the hotel is super old, the bed was horrible, stayed there for 6 nights and I didn’t sleep well cuz the beds and pillow are so old and uncomfortable. The pool is soo small and soo crowed is not enjoyable at all, in 3 different occasions/days they didn’t have towels. It was impossible to get reservations to the three restaurants they have, as the app only allows you to book one day in advance. We had the new year day dinner at the Portofino, which was terrible to say the least , our reservation was at 8:30 and we only got the main dish around 9:40 and it was cold. The only good thing this hotel has lucky for us was the Buffett. So sadly, pretty bad experience for the expensive price we paid.

Everything overall was great. Friendly staff, yummy food. Loved the quiet pool… we spent all 10 days there. Lots of walking up/down which was okay for us. Hotel was stairs only. The only thing that made me uneasy is that there was a motion sensor in our room- I’m not sure what it was for but would love to know. That alone would make me not stay there again. Room was clean, A/C worked. Entertainment wasn’t very good, we just brought cards down to the common area in the evenings and did our own thing instead. Transportation from the hotel could have been better (there are not any shuttles that take you from airport to resort like most)
