Room 241 on the top floor with no lift service was an issue to climb 4 flights of stairs. On account of having recent treatment for an arthritic knee, made it painful to climb 4 flights of stairs. It would be useful to include the ‘no lift’ information on the hotel’s website. That said room was clean, staff friendly and good service great.
