Please find attached receipt of my stay at your hotel.
It was very disappointing experience everyday of my stay.
I had called on day before my arrival that my flight is coming early at 10am , can I do early check in. Front desk told me that call us when you at Airport. If we have room available, we will let you check in.
I called when I landed for pick up , I asked can I check in early? She told me they don’t have room ready. While I was waiting I went on my booking and found out early check in is available for $50 if room is available. So I booked it and paid $50.
When I reached at Hotel, Room was available and i was able to check in.
So my problem is room was available from beginning and was ready. They didn’t give me room but when paid $50 it was okay. Is this a customer service!
When I checked in I got a room where next door was a family with small kids. So I called and they changed my room. So there was another room was available but I had to pay $50 for early check in !!! Ridicules.
That room toilet got flooded next day morning. We had to used dirty and new all towels/ napkins to stop water coming in the room. Maintenance man came and fixed toilet. He took all dirty towels and napkins. Housekeeping came to clean as per maintenance man instructions. We requested towels and napkins, they asked us we can only give what we collect. I told them that maintenance man picked up everything. Still they didn’t b
