The hotel had newly been refurbished, so our room was brightly fitted out and very clean (and was also spacious). All the staff were very friendly and wishing to help, which made for a very enjoyable stay overall.

Everything was good. There was a little confusion over breakfast. When I had been checked in I asked, "What time is breakfast?" and was given the hours. When I came down next morning I was told I hadn't ordered breakfast. I asked, or rather suggested, that it would have been helpful if I had been asked if I wanted breakfast when I checked in. A small item that could have been avoided with better training.
