The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Dicas que eu gostaria de ter lido antes de ir: (Fiquei 5 dias em maio) Bebidas * Ninguém vai te servir. Tudo você precisa ir pegar; * Só tem copo de plástico, então leve seu copo térmico; * Heineken apenas na praia. O resto se resume a garrafa de 600ml de Brahma e Petra e chopp Itaipava; * Drinks ruins; * Refrigerante zero somente coca; Comidas * Praia: PÉSSIMO. Basicamente são apenas 4 opções o dia inteiro sendo batata frita, mandioca e alguma carne frita. Camarão vi em apenas 1 dia encharcado de gordura. Na sexta serve feijoada; * Eu estava em um all inclusive e tive que ir em outros bares e restaurantes pra comer bem; * Restaurante: Café ok, almoço ok, jantar ok. Temáticas são ruins; * Bares piscinas: serve 4 tipos de comida apenas. Hambúrguer as 17h se resume a pão, carne, queijo, presunto e salada. Sorvete é ruim e só tem 2 sabores. Pizza as 19h é boa; * Não tem bar molhado. Estrutura: * piscinas boas e aquecidas; * som alto e microfone quase o tempo todo; * quartos ok; * WIFI: horrível. O hotel parece que já teve seus dias de glória, mas hoje notavelmente falta manutenção. Falta gestão, pois nos diversos bares não tinham suco ou uma bebida específica e tinha que ir no outro bar. Check in foi horrível, pois o hotel colocou dois quartos de valores diferentes com o mesmo nome e quando cheguei quiseram me colocar no inferior que cheirava a mofo, depois foram me realocar e no quarto sugerido tinham pessoas dentro e só na 3ª tentativa que consegui entrar. Por fim, a comida não era gostosa, parecia comida congelada feita no microondas. Não recomendo e não acho que vale o valor cobrado.

A nota só não foi 2, porque o Clube da Praia João da Sunga salvou nossa viagem, além dos funcionários que nos atenderam muito bem. Fora isso, reforço a maioria dos comentários. Ficamos numa ala bem antiga, que precisa descer até umas escadas, bem no fundo do hotel. O quarto precisa de modernização com urgência. Além de não ter sinal de Wi-Fi, o sinal de internet só pegava na varanda. Comida razoável, tinha variedade, mas nada acima da média. Poucas atividades mas nisso o clube nos salvou. O dia que chegamos, não encontramos mesas/cadeiras disponíveis na piscina, poucos espreguiçadeiras também. Resumindo não vale o valor de diária que paguei.
