The hotel was nice and clean the staff was very friendly only thing we had a problem with is the parking we not use to paying a t a hotel to park and it wasn’t enough spaces for the guest

Horrible service, good amenities
After waiting 30 minutes to be checked in, we arrived at our room. Opened the door and there was someone else’s stuff in a fully occupied. Another 30 minutes later at the front desk to finally check in. On the last day, all of the room key cards for the entire hotel had to be re keyed. Yeah, it took an extra 30 minutes to check out. We also saw another patron given a dirty room. The front desk was quick to blame room service or something else. No apologies were given. The parking lot is shady. Seems to be in a nice hood though. The Amenties were clean and the breakfast was nice. We got clean sheets twice. The towels are a little sus.

Très bon hôtel, à tous les niveaux
Rien à redire, sinon que la chambre était nickel et le petit déjeuner excellent et complet.
La proximité de la station de métro blue line est un gros plus pour aller visiter Chicago sans prendre la voiture.
Par contre, je ne comprends pas qu'il faille payer le parking, l'hôtel ne se trouvant pas en ville !!!

Check in process was unexpectedly com0lucated
This used to be my favorite hotel..but some things have gone downhill. Check in was annoying. I had already paid for the room but of course they needed a card for incidentals. Since i didnt have the original catd i had to go through an entire process of adding a new card. Second annoyance i needed to pay for parking but had to set up an entire new account with a different company to pay for parking. Kiosk was near the front desk.but also outside. And of course parking has gone from free to 25 to $32. One of the people in front of me complained only to be told not too graciously that other places charged more.
So in short i had to give credit card number to two new companies. Now i have to cancel both nrw accounts since im very protective of my information. Prices are up but thats not a surprise but process of check in was more complicated than it should have been.
