Staff were hard to find. Sliding glass door to patio (ground floor suite) opened once then would not shut fully and could not lock. When I reported it to front desk. I was told there is no maintenance on the weekend and they had no other suites to change me to. And they said sorry. That is not an acceptable answer, that is a security issue when you can’t lock your room.

Hotel was under renovation by entrance. Had no idea when I booked my reservation. The staff were excellent. The room was very nice. The only suggestion I have is there is no where to put your clothes during a shower. The love seat was a nice touch.

Elevator was broken and we were not told about it until we were already checked in. Was told that the stairs were our only option to get to our room. Staff was poorly dressed with unbrushed hair at 3pm. The room was old, wallpaper was peeling by the shower and the shower area appeared to be held together by caulk. Property needs a facelift.
