Only stayed one night because we needed to be close to the airport. We enjoyed the room and lobbt. We had a great view of the water and the aquarium nearby. It was also nice to explore the area around the hotel as there are some lovely pathways to walk on as well as lookout points over the water. We appreciated the airport shuttle, which we had to book the night before.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The location is also very convenient, especially for the airport and transport links into Copenhagen. excellent location for flying out on an early flight make sure to book the shuttle early room was small but met our needs for one night AC would not come on couldn't figure out how to get it to work so it was warm only one pillow was provided per person bathroom was very nice front desk staff was great rooftop bar was nice but the one bartender stayed busy lobby bar was not open second floor restaurant opened at 5:30 pm but you have to make reservations

Great hotel that’s close to the airport and a metro station. Kind of far from all the touristy stuff but that was appealing to us! Nice to get away from all the crowds. Rooms and bathroom were nice. No mini fridge and our room was hot at night (can only speak for night because we were never in the room during the day), even with the window open. But I bet all hotels here are like this. Didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, so can’t speak on that. They don’t clean rooms unless you ask, which was fine. Didn’t stay longer than 4 nights. You are able to get fresh towels at any time though! Shuttle to airport was nice at 6:00am! All this to say, you won’t regret staying here!

The hotel will send you an email telling you to do an online check in. Don't do it! At the end of the check in process, they ask for payment. I assumed it was for the mentioned fees/taxes. They charged me for the room again! When we got to the property, we were told this happens all of the time for reservations already paid through booking site. I will say they were extremely responsive. We had our refund in the bank in less than 24 hours. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and well appointed. It is Copenhagen prices, but when in Rome...

I was welcomed to the light and attractive lobby by friendly staff who checked me in even though I was early, they also helped me with booking a table for dinner when the automated system wasn't working . My room has a sea view and was very clean, fresh and spacious with a bath overlooking the same view from the bathroom. I had dinner in Seating the onsite restaurant, this was good prompt but not rushed service and a small number of freshly prepared dishes. Also a short but good wine list. The breakfast had lots of choice and tables were cleared quickly. My colleague and I were able to work in the lobby and when the bar was closed tea coffee and cold drinks were available self service. This hotel is in a great spot, near to the airport but alongside the harbour and near to the aquarium so it feels like a holiday as well as a very nice business hotel.

Room was clean and relaxing, reception staff was super helpful, and friendly. Checking in early was a bit frustrating, their system tried to send me to a page to pay several times. I called to talk with them about it, and they got me all settled with what I needed over the phone! If you rent a car you will need to pay for parking. If it's a short time, you will just need to download an app called easypark. A lot of places in Copenhagen will require payment for parking, though.

After a 35min + que time for the reception, the room provided was not clear. Underwear and socks from previous guests were found in the room. We were provided with a new room without any apology or support in moving room etc. The new room provided had a dirty bathroom with lots of hair stuck in the drain filter in the shower. Wifi was very weak/ not working in the room, but strong in the reception. We forgot my daughter's teddy in the room at check out and contacted the hotel a few hours later the following day where the hotel claimed the teddy was not found and did not put any effort into locating it and did not call back after additional search, as promised. I cannot recommend this and I will never stay there again. There are lots of great hotels in Copenhagen. Go elsewhere. This hotel seems to be satisfied relying on business from delayed flights and not providing decent customer service.
