Ok but probably would not stay again

Although we didn’t have breakfast (didn’t start until way too late), I understand the choices were very limited. Rooms were very small, staircases were very narrow which made carrying our luggage up the stairs quite difficult. The front desk was very friendly. Location of hotel was great so if that is important then this is the hotel for you. If a little larger room with some amenities is important then I would look elsewhere.

Somewhat run down; soup missing from room; TVs were not working and it is stated that coffee and croissant were available from 9 - 11; but by 9:30 they were out and made no attempt to accommodate; you dont get the sense that they care about the patron

Very treacherous stairs. No elevator, had to carry our luggage up and down four flights of those stairs. No hot water tap on sink. Hand towel instead of bath towel. No cleaning of room or towel exchange during stay. TV didn’t have reception.

Surprisingly disappointing

The only good things about this place are the location (of the hotel) and the friendly front desk lady staff. The hotel in general plus the room where we stayed at needs some major work to be considered hospitable and fit for any form of stay.

hotel tres bien, super accueil

super hotel,tres tres bien placé juste a coté de la gare. personel tres gentil. faut des bonnes cuisses pour monté les 4étage pour rejoindre ca chambre. Par contre la propreté clairement a revoir, a premiere vu c'est propre mais quand on fait attention, c'est limite. mais pour le prix rien a dire vu l'emplacement

We knew there was no elevator and it was definitely an experience we laughed a lot about getting ourselves and our luggage up to the 5th floor. Just keep this in mind when booking.

This is an old facility with sub standard amenities. While the staff are helpful and the location interesting it doesn't make up for the fact that i feel ripped off, paying $AUD237 for a room worth less than half that. That Wotif would advertise such poor quality accommodation on its website makes me wary of trusting Wotif in future.

Vistelsen var helt okej. Små rum, små sängar. De tar en väldigt hög handpenning. 150 euro. Idag är det 10 arbetsdagar efter att vi checkade ut. Har fortfarande inte sett pengarna på mitt konto. Bra läge på hotellet.
