Our first room shower didn't have hot water and the card key didn’t work after multiple attempts at reprogramming the cards. Had to move to another room and that toilet didn’t flush. I had to plunge the toilet myself. Then, they ran out of sausage gravy. It was poor customer service. No compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The water shut off entirely during showers on multiple occasions. We were told it was because the hotel was full, that’s not an excuse for no running water. Breakfast was advertised but not reliably provided, and staff was hard to find. The room was in rough shape with damaged furnishings and felt poorly maintained. For the price paid, this was unacceptable. I would not stay here again.
