The room was clean. Check-in was quick and simple. The front desk clerk was pleasant. There were chocolate chip cookies at the entrance (fresh and good). The air conditioning worked well. The only bad thing (my fault) I forgot to put the “do not disturb” tag on the door and housekeeping was knocking on the door two hours before checkout. Otherwise, my overall stay was great. Checkout went well also since I was able to text from my phone that we were out and left the room.

We checked in and the lady was awesome. Our room was on the fourth floor and the elevator functioned perfectly. The room itself was clean and very spacious. The reason why I am giving the hotel this rating is based on the facts that the pool was closed and that was the main reason why we booked the room when we did, and even worse was the fact that in that nice looking bathroom with the amazing shower there was absolutely no hot water. When I told the lady who checked us in about it she simply stated that I needed to let the water run for longer. I am not an idiot nor and I simple minded. I let the water run for a full 45 minutes give or take. Also the handle to the shower pulled off in my hands. If it were not for those two things this place would have five stars. Those two items though are big ticket items. I would not stay here again and really wish I could be refunded some of the cost of my families and my stay.
