I think this was one of the worst Hamptons by Hilton I stayed at. I've been to 4. The lobby had cold coffee and was small and looked dusty however there were wins. The staff was A+ shout out to Samantha. The rooms looked better than the entrance of the hotel which threw me off but I was happy. The fact there is a fridge and microwave in every room is great. The rooms are super clean. There is a heated pool which is nice but I'd rather go next inside door to use the jacuzzi because ( the bad) 1. The pole that us use to walk into the poll moves = unsafe 2. 2 metal high school benches. 3 . Again cold coffee in the canisters = not okay 4. Chips in the floor by the atm and rickety tables in front of the elevators 5. Walls on the floor need to be repainted they have markings 6. Tv keeps randomly turning off 7. Night light in the bathroom scared the soul out of me because it looks like a camera . Definitely almost called the cops The reason I'd still recommend the hotel is the staff and the rooms. Like there is an unbelievable friendliness to each person I encounters and the beds are so comfortable. You just have to put the same effort you put in the rooms in the rest of the hotel

These rooms are in decent shape and we've been coming to this hotels for more than 15 years now. The cleanings have changed and are now every other day. The issues we encountered was the bathroom tub draining very slowly and the refrigerator freezing our drinks. Otherwise a quiet, restful stay.

I honestly wouldn’t go to this one specifically. It’s run down. You got open sockets, broken pools, you need to go outside in the cold to another hotel to swim. the elevator is a scary ride. The breakfast was kinda nasty. The pool water was really dirty, it was green and blue. There was stuff at the bottom. The ceiling in our shower. Looked like it was about to fall on me. I’m honestly disappointed. The pool situation specifically ruined my experience to be honest. But as a whole. I appreciate the kindness of the staff but I will not be going to the Hampton inn hotel again.

When I arrived at the room I began unpacking, when I got to the bed I noticed that one had a giant stain on it and the other had debris. Debris as in crumbs and pubic hair. The rest of the room looked clean and had its towels folded. I called down and requested a new room and began repacking when someone came to my room to change the sheets. Exhausted at this point from travel, I decide to go get something to eat before I go to the pool, since now I have to wait for my room to be redone. Once I get back and ready for the pool, I go downstairs to see it’s closed for maintenance. Hotels.com says NOTHING on its site about the pool being closed. At this point I text the Hampton number to be given an unsympathetic response about the pool being closed. Fast forward to this morning during checkout, I’m reviewing my trip with the front desk to find out that guests are allowed to use the hotel next door’s pool. I wasn’t informed when I spoke to whoever worked yesterday. I wouldn’t stay here again. The things I was promised I didn’t receive. I expected more from a Hampton Inn.
