The resort itself is stunning tucked away in a peaceful, adults-only setting with beautifully maintained grounds, private beach access, and luxurious amenities throughout. The food and drinks were top-tier. Every restaurant on site offered a different culinary experience, and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying dinner by the beach, or grabbing a drink at the bar, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a view that made it hard to leave. I also appreciated the little details like turndown service and daily restocking of the mini bar. The vibe at the resort is quiet, classy, and ideal for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway without the loud party scene. This is the place you hope you’re booking when you book an all-inclusive resort. It’s beautiful, well-maintained, the rooms are spectacular, the balconies are large, palm trees everywhere, it’s quiet, has multiple pools, some hidden away in corners, the staff are excellent, the food is amazing, and there’s plenty of space on the beach to lounge. Every pair of loungers comes with a shade and a table for drinks. Servers come around routinely and the drinks are awesome. The restaurants themselves are incredible and we are so very happy with our stay. We’d recommend this place to anyone we love, and plan to go back ourselves next winter.

My wife and I had an excellent vacation. The hotel was clean and quiet and the food was consistently very good. Only complaint is the difficulty securing lounge chairs at the main pool. But we really enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the two small pools. Staff was excellent. Beer selection included good brands - Corona, Pacifico, Modelo plus light options. Our concierge, Sandra, is fantastic.

Tinha lido alguns comentários sobre o hotel e ficamos com receio mas para nossa grata surpresa o hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente. Quartos impecáveis, confortáveis e espaçosos. Roupa de cama de primeira! O hotel no geral está muito bem conservado. A comida dos restaurantes a la carte são incríveis e muito bem servidas. O Spices foi o que mais gostamos! O Ventanas também é sensacional. O café da manhã no buffet é simples mas gostoso. Se quiser pode tomar o café da manhã a la carte no Spices e será ótimo também. Gostamos muito dos drinks também. Não eram tão doces e artificiais como em outros resorts. A praia que está frente ao hotel é a melhor! Eles limpam todos os dias e tem muitas cadeiras de praia e sombra. É um hotel para ir descansar, os shows não são de destaque sinceramente, mas teve uma banda cubana e uma de rock que foram ótimos. O atendimento de TODOS os funcionários foi maravilhoso, super educados e prestativos. Teve um dia que pedimos para jantar no quarto e também foi ótimo. Quase na frente do hotel tem um mini centro comercial com algumas lojinhas de souvenirs e roupas bem legais. Vale a pena passear por lá. Enfim, voltaríamos e recomendamos com certeza!

I was disappointed that I had booked a king bed for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Upon arriving I was given a room with two full beds. We explained to the staff the room was not the room they booked. They told us they could not do anything about it. They also told us to give us a king room would be a downgrade. Please note we did not have any type of a view in our room. We were directly facing another building . We explained that a room with two full beds on our honeymoon was a downgrade to us. On our last two nights they finally switched us to a room with a king bed. It was a big hassle as we had to move all of our stuff mid day which interrupted our tour plans. It also took a lot of complaining to make this happen. If we did not complain we would have been stuck sleeping uncomfortably on which should have been a very special trip.
