I had a few problems with my room but they were taken care of as soon as i reported them. The club never opened during our stay and they closed the slides in the kids pool, which was disappointing. The chairs in the three restaurants were filthy, but the food was good! We were never told on the 1st day that we had to make reservations for dinner. The pool area was really nice! The gift shop had nice things but was extremely over priced! I didn't buy anything! The staff was extremely attentive! Hever, in the buffet was really nice!

La atención del personal, las instalaciones, la comida, las habitaciones, el hotel en general esta excelente, los detalles que no me gustaron, la atención en el check in fue mala, en el lobby bar un barman nos atendió algo grosero, y el agua de la piscina es muy muy fría, y en la entrada al hotel la calle está muy muy mala, llena de baches y muy angosta. Del resto esta todo muy bien, la gran mayoría del personal es muy amable, los chicos de animación nos trataron excelente. Lo recomiendo mucho solo si no te gusta el agua fría en la la piscina pues no es tu hotel.

This resort is so beautiful 10/10. The lobby is breathtaking, the ambience is giving vacation vibes. and smells so good aromatherapy. I got the amber room with the Jacuzzi it was so beautiful and right next door was the amber lounge. Daily housekeeping was 24/7 The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is excellent so many options. The rodeo steakhouse is very appetizing as well reservations needed. There are Mexican restaurant reservations needed, Italy restaurant reservations needed, and coffee/ tea shop. the staff is very welcoming everyone treats you like a family here, big shoutout to Sensira team Marcos, Rafael, Humberto, Bellmar, Ruperto, Tony, Eva, Karina, Julio, Cristian, Alexzender, Suri, Angye ,Elisa, Angel, Angel Chocolate , Ana. Thank for a nice stay and I'l definitely be back again. Also the resort is family friendly and 4 outdoor pools / cold plunge. Only this for me was the ziplining was closed for maintenance and there is a spa for full services massages and gym. So many fun things to do here.

No está mal pero hay cosas que podrían mejorar

El hotel no está mal pero hubo varias cosas que hacen no considerarlo con 5 estrellas. Solo hay un restaurante buffet y sobre todo en el desayuno se acaba muy rápido y tardan en rellenar, el personal comparada con muchos otros hoteles a los que he ido no es muy amable que digamos, la familia con la que viajamos tuvo muchos problemas con su cuarto, se le desprogramaba a cada rato su tarjeta de cuarto, no le reponían toallas ni servicios de minibar. La barra de la alberca cierra a las 5:30 y después de esa hora solo puedes encontrar bebidas en una sola barra que está en el lobby.

I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first- we were staying for many days with only a couple of excursions planned, meaning much of our time would be spent at the hotel. We were warmly greeted with refreshing, great-smelling towels to freshen up after our travels. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were able to enjoy the buffet right away after a long day of travel. The buffet staff were also outstanding.Our server Mario was consistently kind and attentive. We also received excellent service from Diego, Celia, Eva, (such kind, smily ladies) and Ever all of whom made each visit feel warm and welcoming every time. The cooks who made the burgers, eggs, seafood were extraordinary as well However, I do want to note one concerning experience. One morning, while Diego was serving us, a man in a white shirt named Carlos (who I assume was a supervisor) began speaking to him in a loud/upset voice and using animated hand gestures. It appeared as though he was disciplining him right there in front of guests. It was uncomfortable to witness, especially so early in the morning and to hard working people. It left my family and me questioning how much respect the staff receive from management As someone with a background in business administration and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health I can confidently say this is NOT the way to treat, manage or motivate staff. I deeply value kindness, respect, and the fair treatment of people.I prefer to support businesses w same values.

No me gustó que apagaran los elevadores por la noche tuve que usar las escaleras en varias ocasiones. El zipline solo funcionó el último día. El camino al entrar al hotel en muy malas condiciones.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort. Everything that I desired was right at my finger tips. The butlers assigned were very attentive to every request that I had, and ensured that I didn’t need anything else. My room (The Ruby Suite) was absolutely perfect! The view of the Caribbean Sea was THE ABSOLUTE BEST…especially from the whirlpool tub!!! The pool area was really amazing with great views of the beach. The staff at the hotel was pretty decent overall. And the food was pretty decent as well.

Great all-inclusive resort for families! 1. Location and Transport - About 20-30 mins from airport. Resort did not have a shuttle, so I'd suggest pre-booking transportation to hotel as the taxi services at the airport will rip you off. 2. Check in - Quick. Front desk was helpful/accommodating. Room wasn't ready when we arrived but we just got a drink from the lobby bar while we waited. Diego took good care of our luggage (and us the whole visit!). 3. Rooms - Spacious, clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pools. We were in a room on the bridge. Mini fridged stocked. 4. Activities- Plenty for kids to do including trampoline park, foos ball, movie theatre (with AC) as well as the multiple pools. Waterpark was a hit for the first few days with our kids and then they enjoyed swimming in the other pools. Kids also enjoyed tennis and mini-golf. The zip line was being fixed while we were there so we didn't get a chance to try that. There were poolside and beachside activities throughout the day. 5. Food - Buffet was great. Plenty of choices. The Mexican and steak restaurants were our favourite of the three restaurants on site. My wife and I tried the French restaurant (adults only). It was good. Not my favourite but my wife enjoyed. Poolside snacks were what they are at most resorts - fried and delicious! 6. Excursions - Gaby and Roberto were helpful in booking our Chichen Itza + cenote excursion. Highly recommend! We also booked a free Playa del Carmen day trip.

Overall, our stay at Sensira Resort was not terrible, but it certainly fell short of expectations. The access roads to the hotel were in poor condition, and most of the staff were not welcoming, with a few outstanding exceptions: Erick at the front desk, Ana and another Cuban lady, a short woman in the buffet, and the young man from housekeeping — all of whom went above and beyond. Dining was extremely slow — we waited over an hour for food, and once even left the steakhouse without eating. My son has a gluten allergy, and despite informing the restaurant and requesting assistance, no one followed up or offered support. I ended up preparing his meals in the room. Children’s activities were very limited, especially disappointing given that the beach was in poor condition and unusable. The resort has potential but must improve its customer service, food service efficiency, and accommodation for dietary needs. I would not repeat the experience, nor would I recommend it. If you still have time, change your reservation.

Our recent stay at the resort was exceptional. The property was impeccably maintained, creating a serene atmosphere. The staff provided attentive and personalized service, including remembering our beverage preferences. The culinary offerings were outstanding, and the resort provided a wide array of activities. Great variety of food and restaurants options. Five pools, amazing and clean, very kids friendly hotel, always something to do, from movie theater to trampoline, kids clubs. Also friendly and helpful employees. The only downsize was the beach with seaweed wasn’t possible to enjoyed but still there was plenty of space in the pool and many other amenities.
