Impressive room setup, space, decor and clean. Extremely comfortable bed! Friendly staff all around who deserve commendation for efficiency and politeness. We didn’t note all the names but were pleasantly served by Arshi, Priyanka and Lily from the restaurant and the chef Urmilla came over and had a friendly chat with recommendation for dishes such as Rod Omelette. Lovely experience all around. Hotel location not the best but staying and experiencing the hotel itself more than makes up for this.

We had a 5 night stay, and because we had a late flight, the manager allowed us to check out of the room, and then use the spa/gym showers to refresh before leaving for the airport. Staff were very courteous and attentive when needed. The hotel was really pleasant, and had the required facilities for us. The only point of note which we informed the manager of, was to have towel hooks inside the rooms, so that guests can hang there bathroom towels if they wanted to reuse them. But we had a very pleasant stay because this hotel is right next to some lovely restaurants, bars and a 10 mins (max) walk to Candolim beach. The breakfast was equally good and had plenty of options for different dietary needs.

Our second stay at this lovely Hotel, We booked a Pool View room which was lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh white towels and bedding. Friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, We had a lovely 16 night stay and will definatley be back.
