Not as the photos show

Under renovation- room appeared to have some kind of renovation but the bathroom was really bad - no renovation. The only thing I can that was good - bed and bedding was comfortable. Rooms did not look anything like the photos on website. Also the outside entrance very dirty and landscaping was bad and not inviting.

HORRIBLE!!

The hotel was not what the photos suggested at all. It was in very poor condition and upon checking in it was very slow. Once we were checked in we were sent to a room that the clerk said was ready but it wasn't cleaned from the previous guests. The people in the room next to us had music blasting during the day which wasn't an issue until we returned from a outing and dinner which was around 10 pm and the music was still blaring. At this point I called the front desk and told them of the situation and it was resolved. The next morning we went downstairs for the breakfast buffet which was horrible! Hard biscuits, runny gravy, cold eggs and soggy potatoes not to mention the breakfast room was very small not very clean and had a smell of mold which could be smelled throughout the facility!! Will never return or recommend! 😡

Horrible

It was terrible! Don't waste your money. The bed was hard as a rock, the blackout curtain had large holes all over which the front desk came & put some kind of tape over some of them. The elevator smelled like sewer.

I’m in grad school and just needed a night alone to sleep! The property is being worked on maybe. There is no elevator to the third floor, and they look like they are renovating but surely are not! I walked into the room, even with everything else hoping it was clean and I could just lay down. I closed the door and it barely closed and locked, bathroom looked like it was cleaned with a muddy towel and had a smell.

Buyer Beware!!

I checked in with my family, went to the room, and went back to the front desk and checked out. The tub had stains, the sink was grungy, and it had a moldy smell. The carpet in the hallways was filthy. There were creepy guys hanging around outside, and the area looked seedy. I called Hotels.com and shared all of this with them. They confirmed with the manager that I checked out and never stayed. I was told that my money (over $300+) would be credited to my card within a few days. That was two weeks ago. I’ve not received the email from Hotels.com regarding this issue as they stated. I’ve not received my refund. Hotels on this website are misleading in some cases. This was my real experience.
