The front desk clerk, Noelle was amazing. We were welcomed with such friendliness right when we walked through the doors. She was a blessing after a very long day of traveling. We travel often and she has been the nicest hotel employee in a long time.

The location was a bit tricky to find but overall it was a nice stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything about the stay at Staybridge was amazing except for the fact that the pull out bed (couch) did not come with sheets and blankets, and when asked about them, they were having to wash some in order to make up for the requests that they were having. My only other suggestion would be to leave the soda fountain open all day. I know they don't make money on those drinks, unlike the pantry, but that would have made the trip more enjoyable. The M-W appetizer special was good. It allowed us to eat at the hotel instead of going out to dinner the first night we were in town.

Room was stated sleep. Four people will only sleep three at Max. Lotta broken things stated had indoor pool does not price incorrect from what was on the website. Very rude customer service.

This place was very nice, we really enniyed our time there. But i wasnt impressed with our room. The locked on the door was broke, the one light did not work, the hair dryer was broek and the lock for the bathroom was broke as well. Curtians were ripped as well. Also i wish i was told before i reserved my weekend was not told about the daily parking fee as welll!

We arrived on a Tuesday and they didn’t attempt to bring towels until Friday. They only leave 3 towels. The staff was rude except the breakfast area. They had fountain drinks which was a huge plus.

Smelled like weed on the entire first floor. Nice person at desk. Paying $10 fo parking is OBSCENE. Silly. It’s Louisville not downtown Chicago. A tad pricey considering the age of the interior of the property is showing.

The staff was extremely helpful and extremely nice. The man that owns it I think got the snow off of the truck for me and my husband. Brandy and Gia are extremely good people as well. The whole staff is.

The staff is extremely great people. I don’t know the man’s name but he might be the owner, got the snow off me and my husbands truck. It means so much. Brandy and Gia are extremely good people as well. The lady that gets the food ready is the same. I recommend this place if you want a great staff who treats you like family. I love you guys.

I will say that both the evening receptionist and morning receptionist were both very nice. Other than that i dont have anything else nice to say about thia hotel. During my stay i stayed in room 100 and to say that it is dated would be an understatement. The couch was out of the 1970s. The carpet at the kitchen area was all falling apart. The tube was stained. Drywall was messed up in the closet area. I have travel and sure i have unfortunately stayed in worse hotels buf they knew that they werent anything special. This place has the delusion that it is way better than it is by the over pricing. It is not a $170 night hotel. I'd say between $65-85 tops. Oh and they charge you $10 a night to park your car. I have stayed in many hotels over the years all over the US and not once have i ever paid the hotel extra to park my car. And i have stayed in cities and unless it was vallet i never paid extra for parking. And this hotel is not in the cities. I think its just a way for there management to take advantage of their customers. I have business in the area and i wont stay again.
