A good value.

This is my second stay in 4 months time. The location is very convenient (just off the interstate.) and the convenience store a half block away is very helpful. Generally clean, though the hallways could have used some attention. The design and the decor of the facility is very stylish (modern rustic?) The elevator was of concern. The room was clean and well appointed, though the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The replacement offered was not any better. The staff was friendly and efficient. Over all, a good value.

Don't stay

My bathroom door locked and I wasn't able to access the bathroom for almost 2 hours. There are no slip guards in the tub and I slipped and fell. Had to change rooms because the first bed was horribly squeaky

Nice stay at a great price!

Really a quaint hotel - different from others we’ve stayed. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only thing was that the walls were kind of dirty (looked like a pop maybe blew up and sprayed the wall and the bathroom walls were dirty - in it gross, but noticeable).

1 king bed room was nice & clean. However, the TV was super old & fuzzy screen. AC/Heat was great. Bathroom was nice. Disappointed in the hallway cleanliness - there were garbage bags left over 24 hours in the hallway. The bar & grill is shut down which we did not know until we got there. There were homeless people living there. They were whistling in the hallways at 3AM. Knocked on our door. Asked if we wanted to buy stuff from him. It’s in a good location for restaurants however a little sketchy place to stay glad we had our shepherd with us. Will not stay again.

The car sent to pick the 6 of us up at the airport didn't fit 6 people or all of the luggage. Had to leave 2 bags and 1 adult behind to call an Uber. The hotel says we will be reimbursed but as of yet, 1 week later, that hasn't happened. I would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and very apologetic. We selected this hotel because it has a pool (and hot tub according to the photos). They have been closed for some time. There is also no bar as listed. The WiFi would not work for us because our devices are Canadian. We have never had that issue before.

Worst stay!!!! I pick a hotel with the idea that I can relax and safe. I get that homeless people need a place to go during the winter but a bus load of people were brought in to stay for a few nights. They were loud and had the building smelling like funk, weed, and cigarettes. Daily I was asked if I wanted to buy drugs or if I had any to sell. There were a few fights in middle of the night during one of their late parties. One night, there were lol two separate parties in the hotel banquet hall and about 15 police were called for an “incident”. Didn’t make me feel safe. Small kids were out of control in the halls and dogs were left unattended and barking. The hotel is badly outdated, and needs to be remodeled. Motel 6 would’ve been better, and THAT is BAD.

From the moment I walked through the lobby doors, I felt a sense of calm. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant, courteous, and efficient. The only word I can use to describe the room is awesome. The decor of the hotel and the room is outstanding. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was amazing. Definitely going to stay here again!
