Terrible hotel! There was only one person available for check in and a long line of people waiting. Even though they sent a pre check in that even required a drivers license upload they did nothing with it and we still had to wait to check in. Free breakfast was slices of white bread, a toaster, a squeeze bottle of jelly and honey and small milk cartons. Good luck carrying luggage up the steps or curb, there is no cut out to even bring the luggage carrier down. The lobby bathroom had no paper towels and was out of toilet paper. The only kudos goes to the people cleaning the rooms. They were clean and smelled good.

Hotel very dated, room needed updated, smell in room and hallway, no water available for guests, 40 minute wait to check in and the worst part was no hot water for a shower or anything. And the front desk could careless about any of the issues with guests. We paid over 200 for the night. Parking is expensive too.

Awful trip/ there was one person checking people in about 40 people to get inside even those that had pre-checked and already still had to wait in line. I reserved two rooms both room rooms had cold water one didn’t have a remote control. The phone didn’t work in the rooms. The rooms were dirty and old, they’re “” continental breakfast was water, decaf, coffee, and bread. Very old old air conditioning will never stay there again.

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The floor I stayed on stank of rotten carpets it was almost suffocating and hard to be on the floor. The room was not super clean and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were hardworking and seemed nice.

Staff was making tiktok videos while we were trying to check in. I had already did the pre check in in the morning of my check in date and was told when i arrived i needed to add another card bc they couldn't see the card. I did this and within 2 hours born cards were charged and 5 days later, still no resolve. The 50$ deposit they add to the card is too cover any room service you may ask for etc. We used none so that money was going towards to 53$ parking thru don't tell you about bc I'm handicap n use a scooter. So therefore i actually paid over 100$ for that parking space. Staff was unhelpful in the morning and the free breakfast was garage. Orange juice was disgusting, there was nothing hot to eat, nothing but bread products and Cold coffee

Room was okay but the beds were a little small and the pillows were hard. Thought they had a full breakfast but it was just grab n go so we just had tea and I grabbed a yogurt and an orange. I guess they are renovating right now. Lobby area was just okay could have used a mop and the elevator rugs were filthy. The best part was that the hotel was close to the show at the CFG arena.

The hotel rooms and guest room floors are terrible. The hotel seems very inviting from the lobby and excellent location to arenas but it is very bad . Don’t stay here!

This was the worst experience we have ever had staying at a hotel. Both rooms we stayed in (they moved us to another room) had mice in them. There was also soemthing going on with the plumbing so we were unable to shower one of the nights. When we spoke with the front desk they just apoligized and said there was nothing else they cohld do. Do not stay here, stay away.it is not clean
