overall stay suitable for American

this is one of my bad experience in hotel stay in recent years. 1) lack of basic things for personal use in bathroom, although i did not go to front desk to ask but i think they should put one set (at least) in the bathroom for ready to use. 2) the water flow extremely low, i take the shower like bathing under the rain outside, water pressue far away from standard in the bathroom, i know many place in American will be the same in order to save the water but it was too too slow flow. 3) no one fix the room will be bad, no one to through away the rubbish daily even. 4) grab and go breakfast unacceptable, not even a table for guest to set and eat, and the breakfast we can take is only 2 kinds of fruit, 2 kinds of muffin (or similar), coffee and tea, nothing more. 5) pricewise is not far cheaper than nearby hotel (i stayed before) but they will offer at least all the basic things. sorry, i think i will not come back if not improve all situations.

一切完美, 但清潔度讓他大打扣

飯店接待人員非常親切,房間寬敞舒服,廚房實用,附近購物方便,交通便利,但以下缺點讓我對他大打折扣1.附近商店發電機太吵 2,我住在大廳樓上,視野有一半被大廳外的門廊屋頂擋住,而且可以聞到樓下傳陣陣煙味 3. 地毯老舊,廚房清潔度差,我們住了超過十天，期間飯店有提供一次清潔,廚房完全沒有清理,爐嘴滿是油垢而且本來我想給他4.0的評分,但廚房印象及樓下煙味,讓我只能給他3.0, 但下次住宿我仍會選擇Extended Stay American,只是不是這一家

建議入住時先檢查房間是否打掃過

我的房間並未在入住之前被清理。一開始僅發現冰箱下層有未用完的食物，及浴室水槽有一些頭髮和未用盡的香皂，本不以為意，想説打掃的人粗心大意，等到洗完澡準備上床睡覺時，翻開看起來整理的很好的床罩及被單時，赫然發現被單和床單上有幾根頭髮，4個枕頭都有睡過的頭皮味，實在太出乎意料，還好櫃檯當晚值班的小姐幫忙找乾淨的床單被單及枕頭，才度過第一個夜晚，隔天雖然請她們清潔房間，但印象大打折扣。之後住了一個星期，雖然房間裡一直有一些味道，整體而言cp值還算高，主要是飯店地點不錯，附近就有兩家超市，房間的小廚房很好用，雖然排水管不是這麼順暢，另離高速公路近，距Seattle及Bellevue約20幾公里，算相當方便。

Checked in late 1 AM, during night audit claimed that we were a no-show and they didn’t have a reservation for us. An hour and a half of trying to figure out where to stay, finally went back at 2:30 AM. Night audit was over and they had a room for us. Not clean, not comfortable, and oh yeah the elevator was broken.

Stay away

Got to the hotel to find out the elevators where out of order cool not a big problem then when I went to take a shower the water was ice cold called the front desk and was told they don’t have maintenance on the weekends nothing they can do about it so for 2 nights we had ice cold showers blankets where paper thin room only had one pillow on the bed and then to top it off I got a warning sticker put on my car window for being barley parked over the line more worried about parking then giving guest hot water was told no refunds or anything for the inconveniences bed mattresses where think and hard don’t let the pictures fool you this hotel is a hot mess

No room even though I paid for one

I was not able to check into my room when I showed up because of a night audit. This is not my problem. The guy at the front desk told me to come back at 3am but could not guarantee a room for me. We were exhausted. Please refund my money ASAP. We had no where to stay. This was such an inconvenience to us. We had to drive back home to Oregon in the middle of the night with my son.

Unhappy stay in Bothell, Wa

Went for a Festival and stayed one night. The check in was slow, there was no coffee maker in room, no hair dryer in room, no ice machine available, we were on the 4th floor and the elevators went out so we had to hump our bags up and down 4 floors. ARGH!! Very unhappy and no pleased with the facility. And the breakfast, a muffin and granola bar? WEAK! La Quinta had eggs, sausage and potatoes. I guess we know where to stay from now on.

Do not stay here!!

This hotel is awful. There was never coffee. It was dirty. The elevator broke and my dad is a disabled veteran and had to do the stairs. It took him 30 minutes. This is an ADA violation!!! There was trash bags everywhere. The trash room stunk and the door was open always. I have used hotels.com for years and years and this is the most awful hotel and I am disappointed I put my family there for the nights they were in town.

Front desk rep was great. Unfortunately the room was the opposite. Floors were “hardwood flooring” which is nice vs carpet. But they were dirty and sticky, the night stand was not wiped down, no toilet paper, bathroom sink was leaking, kitchen sick could have used a wipe down and fridge as well. Would not recommend.

Room was really dirty and dusty. I have never stayed in an extended stay where there was no dishes no hairdryers no nothing in the room. If you wanted any of those kinds of items you had to go to the front desk and say I want a coffee pot I want a coffee cup I want a plate I want toaster etc
