Got 3 rooms, one room had dry food on pillow case and bed sheet. Customer service/front desk (name Jennifer) was horrible, nasty attitude, not friendly or welcoming. Had to call customer service due to an overcharge and hotel.com told me had to contact hotel itself cause it didn’t show them what the charges was for, huge waste of time, I now see where Jennifer got her training, customer service was useless and said they will just send me a bill detail to which I still have not received.
