We loved the hotel its corner panoramic rooms and the comfort. We also loved the two pools and uncrowded beach. The problem is the staff needs training. I purchased two rooms for my family and gave them my card as requested. In the middle of the trip my brothers room was locked with no notification or explanation. When we checked the front desk they said it was because no card was given. I gave them my card again and they unlocked the room. I have never heard of such a thing and the hotel is very lucky I’m retired. I reviewed hotels and another travel entities for almost 50 years. This is a first. A manager was notified and was horrified but it ended there.
