Keep your receipts and double check your charges.

The property is being renovated so it can be loud at times but it was confortable. The pricing seemed a little sketchy, almost like a bait and switch, but the general manager was very nice and professional. One of the girls at the front desk didn’t care that I booked through a third party for $55 a night and told me the rates change daily and that I was Upcharged at $65 a night. At no point during my stay, nor my extension, was I told my agreed upon rate didn’t matter and I had to pay the higher rate until they came knocking at the door asking, several days early, if I was check out or extending.

details- room had multiple tiny flies, resembling fruit flies bad frayed spot on carpet- whole carpet needed replacing toilet was loose- had no calking. also tank loose bath fan grille was filthy- 5 minutes to clean with a broom good: plenty of hot water night clerk "Stephany" was very helpful for late check-in

This place is DISGUSTING!!!!! The room I was put in made me feel like I was in a barn. There's No Curtains at the window No Hot Water the Remote had No batteries in it and on top of that The TV is Broken Room has Roaches on the floor on the ceiling... I told them about everything and they said, "well send Maintenance" I haven't seen Maintenance yet and it's been over an Hour it's 11:25pm!!!! I'm so pissed off I want my back or a Night somewhere else I'm here from Fla this is Ridiculous

My bad experience. Don’t go there!!!

We arrived the room after walking through very smelly stairs and hallway (smell like someone pee there). When we enter the room, the floor was very dirty with pieces of nails. On the bed sheet we saw hairs and one small mice popped. Everything was so dirty and filthy. The shower and the small kitchen.

Property needs major attention

The stay was rough…the room was dirty, poorly patched walls, chipped paint, dirt blinds, mismatched carpet, outside of microwave dirty, trash cans in public breezeway filled/some over flowing and smelled sour. Property smells of marijuana and so did my room’s bathroom during the evening. When I went to check out there was no available to take my room key/only a note on the door with a number which I called letting them know where room key was left.

Property had a musk and cigar smell. No running water half the night. Luckily there was a Wawa at walking distance. The only thing that saved that place was the receptionist she was a delight.

People were outside the property talking loud and drinking. Several women walking around the property. The tenants were extremely loud and a lot of kids were running around unaccompanied by an adult. The hotel will charge you a $150 deposit that takes a long time to receive a refund.

Arrived at 930 pm . room not ready. hotel said free night because of delay. Hoping to see the credit. Facility was very loud and at 3am there were fire works in the parking lot. Lots of renovation needed.
