The updates to the hotel have made a great impression, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. We especially want to recognize Kameron, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was clear that Kameron genuinely cares about creating a warm, accommodating, and helpful environment for every guest. Overnight stay at this hotel while visiting Longwood Gardens. The room was spacious, bright and quiet.
