Very dirty, overcrowded pool and hot tub....hair clumps evwrywhere! Rooms were dirty and floors sticky in bathrooms. One elevator was broken and the one functioning one was so slow it was faster to take the 7 flights of stairs to our room. Beds were uncomfortable. Couldnt even get food at the breakfast because thwre were too many people. Will never be staying here again.

Rooms are outdated and dirty the hotel smells elevators really aren’t working very slow. Pool is not monitored. People are bringing glass bottles and hanging out by the pool. Not very classy for a best western.

The breakfast staff were great, food was good! Hotel could use some updates… we had to fix our toilet and it there was hair around the toilet and crumbs on our room floor. The pool was nice for the kids but again, lacking cleaning on the floors

There were issues with the bathroom vent not working, no water pressure, and the shower drain not draining. When I told the front desk i was met with hostility. The hot tub was more of a warm bath and the pool was chilly. My kids shivered but still played. Also they have a sign saying if you don't want a deposit fee pay by credit card. Paid by credit card and was still charged a deposit.

Horrible service from staff. Nowhere for our family to gather. Staff basically made us feel unwanted. 20+ people and three rooms for a week but we were denied adequate linens, a place to sit and play games. Oh and the free coffee/hot chocolate maker monitor that kept putting up the out of order sign or hiding the cups because to may kids were actually using and enjoying it! :( hotel has went waay downhill. Breakfast same everyday. Need a variety. Pool area has zero maintenance and it shows. Also, the children’s climbing things for pool pictured are no longer there at all. Paint chipping off pool slides, algae growing and JB weld toilet paper holders!! Literally could not make this all up. Plus being told we could not use a dining room w out a fee because if we left it dirty like others had in past they would have to call in cleaners and it cost them. Just absolutely saddened at the condition of one of our once loved family pit stops.

First off we stayed here 2 years ago and love it. This stay was so disappointing:( from just overall lack of cleanliness and staff that was so not accommodating. We literally felt like outsiders or intruders not hotel guests. We were told to leave our towels & linens outside our doors & we would receive replacements. This never happened. We had to everyday go ask for more towels. One day were told they had none that housekeeping must be doing laundry. Sigh. One employee told us when we tried using the eating area for snacks & family games that they do not allow this as people made a mess & its more work for housekeeping. What!!! We asked for an alternative like a conference room, it was full of mattresses & couches etc. as well as the eyesore of this as the door is open for all to see as you go down the hallway. We also had TVs not working, a microwave about catch fire. Add to the smell of skunk (iykyk) through out the hotel and outside. Oh and we asked to watch the IA game in the lobby one day and was told we could watch in our room as the Nebraska game was on. Same employee who told us we can’t use dining area. Not a Nebraska fan in sight of lobby during that whole time. Mind you we were a family of like 20 in three rooms for a whole week. We will not be back nor recommend others to stay here. Sad because 2 years ago it was our favorite. Whether different management or hard times it’s absolutely gone way downhill.

Staff was very friendly, and very accommodating. Pool was fun, hot tub nice and hot, and breakfast was hot, fresh, and different each day. The breakfast staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to refill food. Will definitely be staying again!!!
