We prepaid for our stay months ahead of time, yet when we arrived late at night, we were told the hotel had overbooked and there was no room for us. There was zero communication beforehand to alert us to this issue.
The front desk staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no empathy for the situation they created. We were not immediately offered alternatives or assistance, and to make matters worse, we were told we needed to leave the lobby while trying to figure out where we would go for the night.
Being stranded late at night due to poor management and lack of customer care is unacceptable. This experience was stressful and disappointing, and I would strongly caution others before booking here.
